Cancellation Policy
We understand situation may arise where cancellation of the tour is required. We ensure customers are given ample time to notify us. No cancellation fees will apply for changes up 48 hours before the tour departure date. Cancellation within 48 hours will incur the full fare of the tour.
Cancellation within 48 hrs due to personal illness or Injury
Unfortunately cancellation due to illness or injury within the prescribed 48hr period will also incur 100% forfeiture of tour fare. We are unable to accommodate for short notice cancellation and highly recommend guests to take out travel insurance to help cover costs arisen in these situations.
Children on tour
Unfortunately, we do not provide booster seats for children as our vehicle design does not accommodate such feature. Children under the age of 12 are not recommended for our tours.
Luggage
Due to the small size of our touring vehicles, we do not have space to store luggage on board or our day tours. For our day tours, we recommend that our guests keep their luggage to a small day pack, as it will need to be carried on your lap or at your feet throughout the duration of the tour.
